4. Full payment should be made within 3 days or reservation will be automatically canceled. Scan/take picture of the payment slip and email it to us at martazc.daretowear@gmail.com
5. Only serious buyers; no back outs or exchange after confirmation.
6. No bargains unless stated in the post.
7. Buying is at your own risk.
8. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
9. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item. Please DO NOT place order if you cannot accept the difference.
10. Customer will need to bear the risk for all items delivered. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, don’t like the color or not as I expected and etc.
11. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and addition of RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g andRM4 for next 250g.
12. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone there to collect the parcel as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself.
13. For READY STOCK and PRE-LOVED, items will be sent within 3 working days (Mon - Fri) while for PRE-ORDER, the items will take AT LEAST two weeks to be processed. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.
14. Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount within three working days.
15. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email to notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
16. Please send us a testimonial together with attachment(s) of pictures to our email martazc.daretowear@gmail.com, so that we can share it with others. (optional)
